4 bedrooms, Full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and a fantastic yard! This location is in a busy area but its great for everyone! Park in the back yard, fire pit, night life, or a park for the kids! We have been told its the best location to let the teens hit the "park" area while the parents enjoy some local attractions (wink wink) while having your house be just steps away, so you can check back in. You can walk out the back door and be at Preservation place in 2 mins. to enjoy the concerts.

Just a stone's throw away from Broadway Street, you'll find yourself immersed in the vibrant nightlife of Arnolds Park. Explore charming shops, dine at local restaurants, and experience the lively atmosphere of this bustling area, all within walking distance from your doorstep. 150 feet to Side Street Bar-cash only and no juice 200 feet to The Throwing Post 300 Feet to Captains Getaway 0.1 Miles to the Gardens in the Central Emporium 0.4 Miles to Arnolds Park Amusement Park 0.4 Miles to Pirate Jacks-the best place to start your evening for the sunset.

SPACE

This house is based in a busy but friendly part of Arnolds Park. The night life is out the front door. The amusement park and green space are out the back door. No boat or dock access here. There is a gravel area in the back for parking. You can park in the front driveway. There is parking off of Dewey Street in the public parking by our alley. Bring a basketball if you like to play, there is a nice court just across the back alley. There is a fantastic playground.

HOUSE RULES

Stay Properties Rules: 1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, please remember to be considerate of your neighbors. No obnoxious activity shall be carried on in any area of the complex. Even if negligently, it may be an annoyance to other occupants. 2. No pets are allowed. 3. No smoking is allowed anywhere indoors. If you smoke outside, do not throw any materials on the ground. Dispose of all materials in a safe manner. 4. There is parking on the property. If you should need more parking, you’re welcome to park in the grass area south of the building or ReMax parking lot. If you have a trailer, please use spot on north end of parking lot. 5. Don't forget to bring your bike or another form of transportation. It's a busy area, so leaving your car park is the way to go! For those seeking outdoor adventure, the Arnolds Park green space is right out your back door, offering plenty of room for games and leisurely strolls. Whether you're playing frisbee, tossing a football, or simply soaking in the natural beauty, you'll find endless opportunities for fun and relaxation right in your own backyard.

If you are coming with a group for a Bachelor X party, meeting up with old friends, or just ready to kick back and see what happens in Boji, this house is perfect for you! It's an Arnolds Park original with a lot of history and its ready for you to visit. It sleeps 14 people in shared bedrooms. There is a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and a fantastic yard! One of the busiest areas of the Iowa Great Lakes, but we have had families say they've gotten their best night's sleep here. We have been told it is the best location to let the teens hit the "park" area while the parents enjoy some local attractions (wink wink) while having your house be just steps away.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
