NEWLY UPDATED! Pictures coming soon. This 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the Iowa Great Lakes. Stay Blu is one of the Stay Properties locations and is located on Highway 71 in Arnolds Park.
You have a yard to play games, with a patio on the front and the back. 1 Block to the public beach and local entertainment. Bring your bikes so you can get on the trails. Set out on foot to find yourself at the Amusement Park or Emporium all within minutes.
the space
StayBlu is the old parsonage that went with the church next door. We have just given it an update in the winter of 2021. We now have a king bed in the master bedroom on the main floor and I think you will love the open floor plan.
There are 2 queen beds upstairs and we added a “get ready area”. In the basement we have added a queen bed, to the 4th bedroom. There are still 4 full beds in the large room of the basement. We think you will enjoy the updates to StayBlu!!
