The location to fit EVERYONE! This property is our largest StayBoji property located in a renovated church! Upstairs includes 9 bedrooms, a living room, kichenette area, and two bathrooms. One of which includes a washer & dryer. Downstairs is where the party happens! Enjoy the open layout for all your guests to gather and socialize together. Downstairs features another 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a washer & dryer. Spacious kitchen allows for those large family gathering food prep sessions! We’ve got room for everyone here! Located right on Hwy 71 in the HEART of Arnolds Park.
STAY-BLU
Come stay in our cozy Stay-Blu property! 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including a Glam Space for an additonal “get ready” area. Enjoy the comfy-cozy living room to wind down in after a fun evening out, washer & dryer, dining area and an additonal recently updated downstairs hang out area! This property will make you feel at home instantly! And don’t forget about the back deck and side yard to play outdoor games and relax with your guests! Stay-Blu is located on Hwy 71 right in the HEART of Arnolds Park.

Have everyone under the same roof at the Stay-Cabin! This property is spacious and has room for everyone! With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additonal sleeping area upstairs with 2 futons there is space for everyone! Enjoy the open layout from the kitchen to the dining area to the bar top – you’ll be able to converse with those in the living room and not miss a thing. Not too big – not too small but just right. Enjoy our Stay-Cottage! This is our smallest property but is all you truly need when you’re out and about experiencing Okoboji! STAY-GETAWAY
It’s all about location with Stay-Getaway! We’re tucked into the the mix of Arnolds Park! This is the perfect property to host your Bachelor/ette party or a friend getaway . With 4 bedrooms that sleep 14 people and 2 full bathrooms, there’s enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably! Enjoy the full kitchen and the fantastic yard! However, we cannot promise you’ll get any sleep as it is the busiest area of the Iowa Great Lakes!
