HOUSE RULES

Stay Properties Rules: 1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, please remember to be considerate of your neighbors. No obnoxious activity shall be carried on in any area of the complex. Knowingly or negligently, it may be an annoyance to other occupants. 2. No pets are allowed. 3. No smoking is allowed anywhere indoors. If you smoke outside, do not throw any materials on the ground. Dispose of all materials in a safe manner. 4. There is ample parking on the property. If you should need more parking, you’re welcome to park in the ReMax parking lot. 5. Do not block either entrances or the sidewalk with your vehicles. 8. Before you go, please take off sheets and pillowcases. Put all wet towels in the showers. Put garbage in the dumpster behind the Staycation. CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
