LOCATION!! The Cabin is along Hwy 71 cross the parking lot from Stay-Cation! 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. 1 block to Arnolds Park Public Beach and 4 blocks to the Emporium, this location allows you to walk anywhere. There is plenty of parking and you are right in the middle of all the fun that Okoboji has to offer. Fully Furnished. Plenty of yard for games and entertainment.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Is there a better place to stay in Okoboji than the Stay-Cabin? Possibly the other staycation properties 🙂 We are right by Smiles with Miles, Ritz, Okoboji Dough Company, The Okoboji Store, Jimmy Johns, and Boonedocks Gas Station. We are Directly across the parking lot from our 14 Bedroom Central Stay-Cation. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story home is Roughly 1 block to the public beach on West Lake and 4 blocks to the Emporium and Amusement Park. This location allows you to walk anywhere. No cabs are necessary.

ACCESS

You will receive your entrance code 48 hours before your check-in. You will receive a text message - a lot of people think it is an email, but it is not. Make sure all your contact information is up to date in your profile when booking so you receive this information. We notify you as soon as the property is ready for check-in. If you are interested, please contact us.

On the main walk-in level there is ample space in the living area, as well as a huge dining table and secondary dining area to accommodate many guests. Enjoy the expansive kitchen with counter space galore! The living area has one sleeper sofa as well as another chaise chair. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms on the main level. Each bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs you will find another small living area with a TV, laundry room, 2 queen bedrooms, and a nice size full bathroom. You have a front yard for games. There is a patio in the back with a grill that you do share with the cottage.

TRANSIT

We are Right on the Dickinson County Bike trail. Just walk out the door and go for a jog or bike ride. Plenty of parking at any of our locations. All are very close for overflow. No cab will be needed if you vacation with Stay Properties locations.

HOUSE RULES

Stay Properties Rules:

1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, please remember to be considerate of your neighbors. No obnoxious activity shall be carried on in any area of the complex. Even if negligently, it may be an annoyance to other occupants.

2. No pets are allowed.

3. No smoking is allowed anywhere indoors. If you smoke outside, do not throw any materials on the ground. Dispose of all materials in a safe manner.

4. There is parking on the property. If you should need more parking, you’re welcome to park in the grass area south of the building or ReMax parking lot. If you have a trailer, please use spot on north end of parking lot.

5. Do not block either entrances or the sidewalk with your vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

PET & SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY

We are not a pet‑friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover make it impossible to accommodate the extra cleaning pets require.

If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page.

Service animals are welcome, but they must:

• Stay with their owner at all times

• Never be left alone in the property
