Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. Millers Bay Suite offers a comfy king bed and 2 additional rooms, each with a queen bed. It offers 2 full bathrooms, both with showers and tubs. There is a full kitchen. The living room area has a smart TV with a couch and chairs. You have your own balcony facing north. 316 Hwy 71 is along the highway and is a busy fun area.

NEIGHBORHOOD

You can walk to all the area bars and restaurants from this location. 1 block to the beach or jump on the boat. The Okoboji Spine Trail goes right in front of this location...Attractions close by: *You are half a block from the public beach on West or East Lake. *4 blocks to the Emporium and Amusement Park *The Ritz, Miles, and Okoboji Store are steps away so you can begin your FUN IN BOJI! *The boat ramp is 3 blocks away so you can launch quickly! This location is a busy area along Hwy 71. You can walk to almost all destinations but with that does come the traffic. If you love to watch cars and enjoy the summer people, this is the place!

ACCESS

The parking lot is on the north side of the building. Once you park and look at the building, you will see exterior steps that lead to the door of Millers Bay. You do not enter the building to access your suite. You will have an access code sent to you 24 hours before your arrival. There is a fee for early check-in, contact us for more information. We do also have a roof top patio that is for our guests only and can be accessed from entering the building. PARKING: There is a lot of parking offered in our lot but with boats and trailers it can get full. There is parking on Iowa street to the east. You can park in the grass lot to the south of our building and Remax.

SPACE

The king-size bed and 2 full bathrooms are a rare find in this location. Bring your bikes or walk to the Amusement Park and Beach. We are located right on the Dickinson County Spine Trail. Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Par Millers Bay Suite and offer a comfy king bed with 2 additional queen beds. It offers 2 full bathrooms, both with showers and tubs. There is an efficiency stove, microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds) pots and pans. The living room area has a smart TV with a couch and chairs. You have your own balcony facing north. There is a public balcony that you can watch fireworks from or layout for a tan. You can access that on the 2nd level of the building. 316 Hwy 71 is along the highway and is a busy area.

TRANSIT

Bring your bikes or walk to the Amusement Park and Beach. As you know travel can move slowly on the weekends so bring your walking shoes or bike and you will get to your destination in no time.

NOTES

This is not a good location for Bachelor X parties. There are 12 airbnbs at this location. You do have neighbors. We do not allow interaction with passing cars.

HOUSE RULES

Stay Properties Rules: 1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, please remember to be considerate of your neighbors. No obnoxious activity shall be carried on in any area of the complex. Even if negligently, it may be an annoyance to other occupants. 2. No pets are allowed. 3. No smoking is allowed anywhere indoors. If you smoke outside, do not throw any materials on the ground. Dispose of all materials in a safe manner. 4. There is parking on the property. If you should need more parking, you’re welcome to park in the grass area south of the building or ReMax parking lot. If you have a trailer, please use spot on north end of parking lot. 5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
