I am available for you 24/7. For the quickest response, text me. This is not a good location for Bachelorette parties. This is an apartment type of building. You do have guests on one side of you and above you. We understand this is a suite that sleeps 9 but we do want you to be aware that there are guests you would affect if you are planning a louder gathering.

Step inside and be greeted by a burst of color and comfort. Our 4-bedroom getaway features bright and cheerful décor throughout, creating a welcoming atmosphere for your stay. With spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. You have a patio space, green space for games and a roof top patio to share with other guests.

HOUSE RULES

Stay Properties Rules: 1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, please remember to be considerate of your neighbors. No obnoxious activity shall be carried on in any area of the complex. Even if negligently, it may be an annoyance to other occupants. 2. No pets are allowed. 3. No smoking is allowed anywhere indoors. If you smoke outside, do not throw any materials on the ground. Dispose of all materials in a safe manner. 4. There is parking on the property. If you should need more parking, you’re welcome to park in the grass area south of the building or ReMax parking lot. If you have a trailer, please use spot on north end of parking lot. 5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
