DESCRIPTION
We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Table 316 building, right on Hwy 71. This is a wonderful 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom. These are in addition to our other STAY properties all within 1 block of each other. This is the perfect location to rest and relax after a great day in Boji.
INTERACTION
I am available for you 24/7. For the quickest response, text me. This location is in a complex with other airbnbs. You do have neighbors. We do not allow interaction with the passing vehicles.
NEIGHBORHOOD
You can walk to all the area bars and restaurants from this location. 1 block to the beach or jump on the boat. The Okoboji Spine Trail goes right in front of this location. Please note that this is along Hwy 71 and not the perfect area for small kids. .Attractions close by *You are half a block from the public beach on West or East Lake. *4 blocks to the Emporium and Amusement Park *The Ritz, Miles, and Okoboji Store are steps away so you can begin your FUN IN BOJI! *The boat ramp is 3 blocks away so you can launch quickly!
ACCESS
You will receive you door code 48 hours before your check in. Early check in is offered at a fee. If you have any questions, just let us know. We offer great parking at the Stay Properties. We do have 2 areas next door for trailer or overflow parking. We highly recommend wagons for the kids, bikes or great walking shoes. The Lakes Area is growing in popularity so you can most likely get to your destination faster without your vehicle. This location does not have a grass yard.
SPACE
This is on the 2nd floor of the former 316 restaurant. It is an apartment type with 2 bedrooms. There is a rooftop balcony shared with other guests.
NOTES
There are 13 steps to get to the suites. These are located on the 2nd level. 2022-We are still doing some exterior remodeling of the building. We are finishing up the last of 9 units in this building. We do have a rooftop patio for you to enjoy. Please note there is not a grassy lawn area at this location. If you are looking for a space that is for a larger group, please feel free to look at some of our other properties.
HOUSE RULES
Stay Properties Rules: 1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, please remember to be considerate of your neighbors. No obnoxious activity shall be carried on in any area of the complex. Even if negligently, it may be an annoyance to other occupants. 2. No pets are allowed. 3. No smoking is allowed anywhere indoors. If you smoke outside, do not throw any materials on the ground. Dispose of all materials in a safe manner. 4. There is parking on the property. If you should need more parking, you’re welcome to park in the grass area south of the building or ReMax parking lot. If you have a trailer, please use spot on north end of parking lot. 5. Do not block either entrances or the sidewalk with your vehicles. 8. Before you go, please put all wet towels in the showers. AND…Like us on at Stay Properties at Lake Okoboji. CANCELLATION POLICY
Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
