DESCRIPTION

Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. We have added multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former. Our suites are named after locations on West Lake. You would be staying in Echo Bay. This is a 1 queen room with everything provided. It has a small living room with a smart TV and cable TV. There is a couch and 2 chairs so you can relax after a day at the lake. There is a kitchen with a microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds), toaster oven.

INTERACTION

I am available for you 24/7. For the quickest response, text me. This is not a good location for Bachelor X parties. This location is in a complex with other airbnbs. You do have neighbors. We do now allow interaction with the passing vehicles.

NEIGHBORHOOD

You can walk to all the area bars and restaurants from this location. 1 block to the beach or jump on the boat. The Okoboji Spine Trail goes right in front of this location. Please note that this is along Hwy 71 and not the perfect area for small kids. .Attractions close by: *You are half a block from the public beach on West or East Lake. *4 blocks to the Emporium and Amusement Park *The Ritz, Miles and Okoboji Store are steps away so you can begin your FUN IN BOJI! *Boat ramp is 3 blocks away so you can launch quickly!

ACCESS

The parking lot is on the north side of the building. Once you park and look at the orange building, you will see a white door on the bottom level. This is your access to the Echo Bay Suite. You do not enter the building to access your suite. You will have an access code sent to you 24 hours before your arrival. There is a fee for early check in, contact us for more information. We do also have a roof top patio that is for our guests only and can be accessed from entering the building.

SPACE

Our facility has 3 levels of short-term suites. We also have a rooftop patio that you access on the 2nd level. By the door to the patio we have a closet with extra bedding, and cooking items you may not find in your room. Ironing boards, iron, and a vacuum if you need it.

HOUSE RULES

Stay Properties Rules: 1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, please remember to be considerate of your neighbors. No obnoxious activity shall be carried on in any area of the complex. Even if negligently, it may be an annoyance to other occupants. 2. No pets are allowed. 3. No smoking is allowed anywhere indoors. If you smoke outside, do not throw any materials on the ground. Dispose of all materials in a safe manner. 4. There is parking on the property. If you should need more parking, you’re welcome to park in the grass area south of the building or the ReMax parking lot. If you have a trailer, please use the spot on the north end of the parking lot. 5. Do not block either entrances or the sidewalk with your vehicles. 8. NOTES

Stay Suites is on the 2nd level of the former 316 building. There are 13 steps to get to these suites. We do offer a roof top patio with a great view to the north. We do not have a grass area at this location. This is not a good location for a bachelor X party. There are 12 airbnbs at this location so you do have neighbors.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
